Nice mods.
Work perfectly, except for merge_topic, split_post, delete_poll and
merge_post doesn't tell user by PM (1.4.6)
But so far, this is the best mod which have "human manner" :)

This is a good plugin for a responsible admin of forums.
I use it from starting then I don't need to send PM to thread owner
manually once I move their thread, the notify will send by system
automatic. So, thank you flash.tato came out this useful plugin
