Is it possible to change the location of the transparent message bar? Because in my current theme it's overlapping some good stuff and I just want to lower it a bit...

This pluging have a bugs with 1.6* When you turn it on and then turn off
your board offline if any registered member access in your forum when the
board is offline mode they will see 2 home page and your footer will be get
replaced.
