Multiple Registrations Detector - 1.1 by Diogo Parrinha
I installed it to a 1.6.4, it showed up in the plugins page, I activated it, but then nothing! It does not even show up where the screen shot says it should, under Tools & Maintenance. The readme.txt claims you can adjust the settings under "Settings -> Multiple Registrations Detector", but it failed to show up there as well.

Great plugin, could be even greater if I could bulk take action with the accounts detected.
