User Close/Open Thread

Lets users in given groups open & close self threads!

This plugin will let users open/close their own threads. You can add all groups, or just a few, but the user must be in the group given.

There isn't must to this plugin. It's simple, light-weight and very easy to use!

Installation:
Just unzip the file in the plugins directory, activate it in the admincp and you're ready to go!
