Two box announcement

Installation:+++Up load the announcement.php file into your./inc/plugins folder.
+++Then go to your ACP, install it and enjoy it.
+++You also can change its setting in the Setting tab in Configuration menu.
+++I also included the demo that show how to use the two box of the plugin and you can change them andy way you want.
