You can set in your AdminCP a post count limiter which is set as a minimum amount of posts someone needs to reach before the official welcome banner/ad goes away for new registrants.This is kind of like their temporary official reminder that they are welcome to your new community and is a great way of managing new community welcomes as soon as a member joins your forum!
