A nice simple blue theme for MyBB

If you want to change the News Bar which says "NetBlue Theme Designed By Dmv Deliq" go to in your admin cp -

netblue templates - index page templates - index

then find <p class="newsbar">NetBlue Theme Designed By Dmv Deliq</p> and change the text inside then save and exit :)

Install the theme like you normally would.
