Limit Displayed Signature After Few First Posts
Prevent & limit signature displayed in a thread. To minimize member signature flooding your forum by limitting and displaying in few first posts only.
You may hate, if your forum flooding by huge banner/words from member signature's. And wasting your thread space from discussion focus. But, you won't disable whole signature being turn-off.This is fair solution and could increase your forum posting activities. Visitor will actively make a new thread or challenged being the first person on commenting/replying. Just for displaying their signature's (banner).
Well, this simple plugin will prevent signature display in a thread, after few first posts. To minimize member signature flooding your forum by limitting and displaying in few first posts only. The setting can be change by editing the plugin file (sapi.php) from the $limitposts value (default = 3). It's mean, only the 3 first posts will displaying the signature. And the other post signature will replace by some custom "question-mark" link, which is displaying a bubble title information.
Well, you could be more creative by replace the "question-mark" link with your banner or another creative announcement.
This plugin use existing built-in preloaded MyBB function. And, there is no other setting or SQL query. So, it does not hurt your forum load. Already tested on high traffic forum with thousands and millions of posts.
