Homepage Control

User's must meet the required postcount to display their homepage in the postbit/their profile

This plugin simply allows administrators to specify a minimum postcount requirement for a user to display a "Homepage" link in their profile or in the postbit.

If a user does not meet the requirement, they may still set a homepage in the UCP, but it won't display until they meet the postcount requirement.
