All ID mycode

this plugin add a mycode to enter user ID or/and thread ID, and it will be changed to a link in the username or/and a link to the thread.

This plugin adds 2 mycode:
- [user=XXX] where XXX is user id, and this code will be changed to a link to the username
- [thread=XXX] where XXX is the thread id, and this code will be replaced by thread title, linked to the thread.
