After download Default_rtl.zip file
Extract the Default_rtl.zip file
Upload "Default_rtl" folder in /admin/styles/
Go to AdminCP > Configuration (Settings)> Control Panel Preferences (Global)
Set Control Panel Style to "Default_rtl"
