Autoset cookies paths

This will autoset the cookie paths

This plugin will try to set the correct cookie paths on your board.
It's on-the-run plugin so it takes the url from the users input and sets the cookie path from that.

I made this as an patch for 1.2, it didn't get added soooo. I'm releasing it as an plug-in :)
