This doesn't work
The plugin folder is named Plugins with a capital P which is wrong
The plugin itself is name ITP.PHP should be lower case.
and the website it gets the images from is offline.
I was looking forward to using it. :(

And he´s using the wrong code. It will show all the same flags, because
it´s for visitors.
You need this code to see where the user comes from :

But i think its not safe that users can see others ip.
