Hey,
This is a very helpful plugin, thanks.
But when using another language than english, you have to fix something:
in line 85 of gn.php there is:
if($pluginargs['title'] == "Miscellaneous")
should be:
if($pluginargs['title'] == $lang->misc)
to support all languages.

Very useful plugin, the only thing that would make it better if there was
an option we could enable in the settings for that user group that would
allow them to close the notice.
Sometimes it isn't a great idea to have the notice permanently displayed
for them, especially if it's a quick message to the whole user group.
