Block online.php for regular member and make it visible only for moderator members.

- The plugin erase the old link in index_whosonline --> "Who's Online [Complete List]"
-The plugin erase the status position on the profile member
- The plugin block http://www.yourforum.com/online.php for regular member and allows only moderator to see the page and the link
- The plugin erase the Statuts position on the forum ---> "Status: Online (Viewing Profile of admin @ 11:58 PM) "
Dont work with some themes. Work with all basic theme.
