Adds spoiler bbcode to show/hide content, and allows setting a custom title. If no title is set, the default text displayed is "SPOILER".

The syntax:
[spoiler]
Include whatever you want
[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Custom title]
Include whatever you want
[/spoiler]

The look of the spoiler can be altered via CSS, and a "spoiler.css" stylesheet is added to the Master theme to allow for easy skinning across themes.
