Simply puts a message of your own above the edit signature in UserCP. This can be used to tell the user what they can add or a warning ect.
This plugin is quite simple. Just like on HF, you can display your message with your own design above the signature edit box in your UserCP.You can turn on/off this plugin and easily add your text via ACP in settings area.
