1)Put the ramadanboard folder(in the rar file) to the forum/images directory
2)Go to your Admin CP
3)Go to Templates and Styles
4)Click on Import Themes
5)Upload the RamadanBoard-theme.xml file(in the rar file) and check the "Ignore Version Compatibility" checkbox.
6)Click Install
