Requires new users to appear and that sometimes only come to steal things or just to download .....

With this plugin created by me may not see forums, themes, profiles, portal, etc etc till index that arise for it from admin panel set the ID of the forum to present and, for that new users will be redirected automatically to create a new thread in the forum they chose!
