Places your personal notepad into the UCP index.

This puts your personal notepad in the User Control Panel of MyBB 1.4.x forums. So no need to click the link in the sidebar! Just leave your notes in the index of the UCP. When this notepad is updated, your old MyBB notepad has the same notes as the one you left.
