Allows the use of MyCode within Custom UserTitles

Now you can use MyCode into Custom User Titles.

Upload it and activate and enjoy.

It adds a setting, in "User Registration and Profile Options" settings group, named "Allow MyCode in Custom User Title" if you want to customize the usergroups who can use this feature.
