Last Posticon on Main Board

See the last posticon in the latest post area on the main board just like in UBB and newer vBulletin.

This is a mod to bring posticon in the lastpost to the main page.

I found a bug that caused a broken image because someone do not use a post icon
so i fixed it. I added a note in instructions.


update:

I added modication to editpost.php
so the last icon to be updated same as last icon if someone edit his post to change post icon.
