Facebook Bottom Dock
Sets up a facebook style dock at the bottom of the page with friends and notifications

Creates a facebook block at the bottom of the page for all users except users using IE6. The dock has an online block that shows which friends are online. It has a notification block that has lists unread PMs, friend requests and reported posts (shows for mods and admins only).
Separate friends system from the buddy system that creates a friend page that lists all friends. The user that has a friend request must accepted the request to be friends. Uses the ignore system that mybb has to prevent users from sending you a friend request.
