This plugin will remove website urls in user profiles if you dont have your max post amount

This plugin stops users joining your forums in order to just leave an link to there website in there profile they have to get an set amount off posts first before they can even think about adding an link in there profile. made this plugin after getting an lot off bots joining my site in order two do this so i thought i would make this plugin and share it with the rest off you.
