Alternative Reputation System

An alternative reputation system than the standard one in MyBB.

The reputation works with numbers instead of bars.
Users can give a reputation to a member only once.
You're able to change the reputation you gave.
All members can see details of given reputation either via UserCP or Profile.
You can't give reputation points to a user who hasn't posted yet.
The points you give depend on your usergroup.
You can change the settings in 'AdminCP >> Board Settings >> Change >> Modification Settings'.

It doesn't work with EI very good, so I didn't include the EI files.
