This plugin is incompatible with Mybb 1.6.3. Could it be upgraded to work
with Mybb 1.6.3?

Updates:
open mybb/inc/plugins/thread_description.php in a text editor, change the
line,
"compatibility" => "14*"
to
"compatibility" => "16*"
that would do it.
