Added new rank for newly registered user (all 0). Does not work.

The "Ranks" plugin works, up until you add a new rank. In order to add a
new rank, you have to upload an image even though it is not marked as
"required" with a red asterisk ( * ). This plugin really needs to be fixed.
Either mark the image field as required or allow non-image ranks to be
added.
If you just want a text-based rank system, then this plugin is not worth
your time until the author fixes the plugin. However if you have the images
you want to use available after installing this plugin, then this might
work well for you. As for me, it's completely useless until the plugin is
fixed.
