A great idea and something that really needed to be done, but unfortunately this mod still needs quite a bit of work. The mod, while doing a great job blocking proxies, had bad side effects that forced us to deactivate the plugin on our forum, which included not allowing legitimate IPs to register.

Plugin will block legitimate, non proxy IP's. If you want members being annoyed that you've banned them for no reason whatsoever, then install this: otherwise, don't bother.
