needs an option to completely disable time...
needs an option to append [solved] [notsolved] to thread titles for search
engine efficiency. when i google an issue instincts say "[solved]
$PROBLEM" to quickly get the solution to the problem ive found.
its a little clunky, should be solved / not solved button not drop down
menus with severity, this is more bug tracker style rather than forums.
