mybb do not have html enabled so video not showing only code shows. And everybody says enabling html is not secure. SO?

Ive installed toolbar container and also this plugin. Followed all
instructions to the letter...
.. I test my forum and yet no toolbar button has been added. Im using the
default theme as ive just deleted my whole forum and started again from
scratch. the only plugins ive added so far are
toolbar container
This one
and thats it
Any advice?
