At fist, sorry for my english.
This mod is really good.
When i invite a person and click on that user in de memberlist i recive an
sql error.

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
SQL Error:
1140 - Mixing of GROUP columns (MIN(),MAX(),COUNT(),...) with no GROUP
columns is illegal if there is no GROUP BY clause
SELECT COUNT(*) as `count`, createdby FROM mybb_invitecodes WHERE
code='6OVrayjl'

I installed this plugin to my forum. It's working really nice.
But, now I am facing issue in uninstalling/deleting it. It's still
available under Board Settings even after I removed all the files from the
server. I don't know how to remove it completely.
