Use the "rss to post" plugin to post RSS news to your forum then use RSS
syndication to display the news from your forum (from the OTHER website)
for this plugin.

Can this plugin be put not in the index page but in other sub-forum
index?
For example if you have Forum - News from the world to be placed there?
