MyBB (fresh install) v1.6.7

Not properly displaying on edit page. I can interact with the settings
inside the ACP, but when viewing the page where you would normally add an
attachment there is only a sliver of a table displayed for this mod. As a
result it has become unusable.
I have tried deactivating/reactivating,
deactivating/uninstalling/reinstalling/reactivating, but to no avail.
That's too bad because it worked previously and I really liked it.
