Add a list of users viewing the same thread as you to the Show Thread page.

This fairly simple modification is almost identical to the default "users browsing this forum" feature in myBB.

The modification will add a similar listing to the showthread.php page of your forums, listing any users and/or guests currently viewing the same thread.
