User Activity location in profile 2.0

Displays the current location of the profile’s user being viewed.

Goal:
Displaying the current location of the profile’s user being viewed.

Installation:
Upload uaipp.php to ./inc/plugins
Go to Admin CP > Board Settings > Plugin Manager > Activate the plugin.

Description:
User Activity location will appear below local time in the profile showing the actual location of the profile’s user.

Features:
  • Displays the current user’s location in understandable text.
  • Follows the Can View Who’s Online board permission of a group.
  • Hidden locations won’t appear.
  • Location phrases follows those of the online page, thus no translation needed.
  • Easy activate/deactivate.


Translating
As mentioned above the location phrases are those used by the who is online page, so any translation pack will also work for this plugin without having to do any extra operations.

However, the sole part which requires you to fix it is the member_location template under Global Templates, there you can edit or remove the sentence which comes before the location’s sentence which is “User Activity Location:”

Upgrading
No previous version is compatible with 1.2.x.
