Top Bar
Displays one or more anouncements as horizental bars on the top of forum pages.
This plugin allows you to define as many announcement bars as you want to be shown on the top of forum pages. It doesn't have the limitations of other similar plugins.Features:
* You can add any number of announcements (top bars).
* You can chose which pages the top bar is going to show on: Index page, forum pages, thread pages or a combination of these!
* You can use different styles for different top bars.
* Styles are stored in a separate CSS file.
* You can show/hide each top bar from within ACP.
