Spray Wall

Users can spray short messages to a wall.

This plugin allows your users to spray "spraypaint" style messages to a "wall" or blank page on your forum.

You can customise the possible styling of each message (ultimately each spray is random) and there are settings for flood control, permissions and moderator approval.
