This adds a button to the postbit which will take you to the top of the page without having to scroll.
To Install:
Upload ./inc/plugins/returntotop.php to ./inc/plugins/
Upload ./images/english/postbit_top.gif to ./images/english/
Go to ACP > Plugins > Activate
