Print Thread Addons

These are two extremely simple mods that improve printthread.php

First Mod:
This mod adds a "Print Thread" image button to the bottom of printthread.php. When the user clicks on it, the print screen box appears. There is a "Print Thread" image included in the .zip file.

Second Mod:
This mod adds a popup box whenever printthread.php is opened, and asks the user if they would like to print. This box appears after the user clicks on "View a Printable Version" on showthread.php.
