Group Notice

Allows you to set a notice displayed to certain groups.

Upload and activate the plugin. To use go to the group you want to display it to, edit the group and under the miscellaneous tab there will be a group notice option. You may use HTML on the group notice, and it will be displayed to every member of that group on the index page.

This also works with 1.4.*
