Error Profile Baned

Well at the request of my bro niquito I bring this plugin!What it does is block Banned user profiles so that nobody can see them!
To function as I recommend that the banner or suspend from mod panel and so write the reason, when entering the user profile that will display an error message!

{razon} = To put the reason why the user was banned.
{userbann} = To put the name of the user who banneo (shows the color of
their group, the link to your profile)

Bueno pues a peticion de mi bro niquito les traigo este plugin!
Lo que hace es bloquear los perfiles de los usuarios banneados para que nadie pueda verlos!
Para que funciones pues les recomiendo que los bannen o suspendan desde panel de mod y asi escriben la razon, al ingresar al perfil de ese usuario les mostrara un mensaje de error!!
el mensaje se configura desde panel de admin y pueden poner
