Adds the ability to create new threads directly from the index of your forum.

Description
This is a very simple plugin which adds the ability to create new threads directly from the index via a small icon after the forum name.

Compatibility
MyBB 1.4 and 1.6

Install
1. Upload the contents of the Upload folder to your forums root directory.
2. Activate in your MyBB Admin CP >> Configuration >> Plugins
