Hi,

After download file, Extract it,
Upload "Default_RTL_MyBBIran" folder in /admin/styles/
Go to AdminCP > Configuration (Settings)> Control Panel Preferences (Global)
Set Control Panel Style to "Default_RTL_MyBBIran"
