Plugin Description: detected two or more users with the same IP.
This plugin has a function that makes it easy to detect when a user logs if you were previously registered by the IP if this user was already registered with the same IP sends a private message to the desired user (the user is configured by administration panel) and the user will reach the PM with the information for banneo it or leave it in the forum.
The private message is configured from admin panel and the body of the PM can use:
