line 693 has a typo. replace fetch_friendly_repitition($event), with
fetch_friendly_repetition($event),
I have it setup so that creating a new event makes a thread, but that
making a thread doesn't make an event. In this situation if an event
requires approval so should the thread (along with relevant moderator
notification).

works fine with 1.6.2 but in 1.6.12 it doesnt work and blocks the calendar
