Send a private message when a moderator deletes a topic.
By eliminating the issue in the confirmation of this action is a textarea
will ask them the reason why they are removing the item? you enter that
reason;
After that the user who deleted the topic will get a message saying that an
automatic private removed his subject, who tells delete it, he says,

Panel administration - maintenance - Deleted topics will be the log of
this!

Al eliminar el tema en la confirmacion de esta accion hay una textarea que
les pedira la razon de por que estan eliminando el tema? ustedes ingresan
esa razon;
Despues de eso al usuario que le eliminaron el tema le llegara un mensaje
privado automatico diciendole que an eliminado su tema, le dice quien lo
elimino, le dice porque lo elimino.
En Panel de administracion - mantenimiento - Temas eliminados estara el log
de esto!

post!

+ Crea 2 plantillas para solucionar el bug de eliminar el tema desde el

+ muestra paginacion en la el log de temas eliminados.
+ Se agregan pestañas para la opion de busqueda de temas eliminados.
+ La configuracion del plugin se hace desde una pestaña
mas.
